"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return my order because I picked the wrong size. The return steps on the site were clear, and I got the label without any hassle. The refund came through in about the time I was hoping for, maybe even a bit faster, so it wasn’t stressful at all. Nice to see the returns process is actually simple. I’d order again.

"Pretty close to the pictures"
Got my shirt today and overall I’m happy with it. The color is really close to the photos, maybe just a little darker in person, but not in a bad way. I noticed it right away when I opened the package, but it still looks nice

"Really Soft and Surprisingly Nice Fabric"
I was happy with the fabric when I got it. It has a really soft feel to it, and it definitely doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy at all. Sometimes materials can look decent in pictures but feel kind of rough or low-quality in person, but this one actually feels nice to touch and seems much better than I expected.

Ordered from Icon Amsterdam and ngl, the packaging was better than I expected. The box showed up clean with no damage, and the clothes were folded nicely inside. Nothing was crushed or thrown around, which I appreciated. It felt like they cared about sending it out properly. Simple thing, but it def makes a difference

I ordered my usual size and, thankfully, it fit the way you’d hope clothes would fit, clean and slim without being uncomfortably tight. it’s just decent when sizing is accurate and you don’t have to guess or deal with a return.

"Easy order and no delivery hassle"
I ordered from ICON Amsterdam and it all went smoothly, the tracking updated like it was supposed to and the parcel arrived right when it said it would, so there was no chasing the delivery or dealing with random delays which was nice. Everything was packed fine and showed up in good condition, nothing fancy but that’s kind of what I want when I’m ordering clothes online, just a simple easy experience and I’d order from them again.

"Am I the only one who gets stressed when tracking doesn’t update?"
Am I the only one who gets super annoyed when an order takes longer than expected and the tracking just… doesn’t move? Mine sat on the same status for days, so I had no idea where my package actually was. The clothes were okay once they arrived, but the shipping experience was frustrating.

I swear, every time I check, they never have my size. Like... not once. I’ll find something I actually like, get excited for a second, and then nope. Sold out. Or just not available at all. Kind of frustrating, honestly. I keep hoping it’ll be different, but it’s the same thing every time

The website was easy to browse. I found the shirts and the right sizes without having to click around forever, and checkout was clear, which I appreciated. The pictures loaded fast too, although somehow I still felt like I wanted a little more from the browsing experience. The filter options could definitely be better, but at the same time I didn’t really struggle to find what I needed. So yeah, it was smooth and easy to use, even if I have a couple complaints

"I really liked the style at first…"
I really liked the style at first, and maybe I’m just a little picky about how clothes feel, but the comfort was disappointing. The fabric felt kind of stiff, and after wearing it for a few hours the fit started to bother me. It’s definitely not the worst thing I’ve bought, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a lot nicer.

"Nice shirts, just wish they were a little cheaper"
I picked up a couple of shirts from Icon Amsterdam they’re solid. The fabric has a nice weight to it, definitely feels a bit more premium than a regular tee, and the stitching looks clean too. The fit was good overall, though it was maybe a little slimmer than I was expecting… not a dealbreaker. I do think the price is a bit on the high side, which is the only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars. Still happy with what I got though

I really like the look of the clothes... they’re clean, simple, and easy to wear. The designs feel modern without trying too hard, which I appreciate. I took one star off because a few pieces do look a little too similar, but overall, they’re still really nice.

The clothes themselves were fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The frustrating part was the return. I sent everything back and kind of expected a straightforward refund, but I ended up having to follow up a few times just to find out what was going on. I did get my money back eventually, so it worked out in the end, but it took longer than I feel it should have. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying.

I liked it when I first got it, but after a few washes the fabric started feeling a bit worn out and tired. Not terrible, just not as fresh as I hoped. Anyway, it’s fine I guess.

"Sizing Was Way Tighter Than Expected"
I used their size guide before ordering because I was trying to avoid the hassle of returns, especially since I had a busy week and didn’t want another errand on my list. The item itself is nice enough and seems decent quality, but the fit ended up being way tighter than I expected based on their recommendations. Not a terrible experience, but their sizing advice definitely needs some work.

Customer service got back to me really quickly, which I appreciated. I explained the issue, and they had it sorted out fast without making me go back and forth a bunch. The quick response made the whole thing feel a lot less frustrating.
